Ms. Haley Fletcher currently serves as CFADP's Board Secretary she is also a member of CFADP's Executive Committee.
As an Account Executive at Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA), Haley supported projects related to international development, cybersecurity, and intelligence. Leveraging her expertise in project management, international relations, and strategic communications, she delivered high-quality insights and products to clients, enabling them to improve decision-making and achieve their strategic objectives. Haley also has experience in public policy, research, and emerging technology.
Before joining CGA, Haley served as a Program Associate at the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), where she collaborated with international partners to support the development of standards advancing the digital assets ecosystem. Prior to that, she played a key role at BGR Group, a bipartisan lobbying and PR firm, where she led a portfolio of research projects and developed policy briefings for international clients, including foreign ambassadors. Haley also gained valuable experience in Congress, working alongside Representative Sharice Davids (D-KS) to support legislative operations.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Kansas, where she excelled as Captain of the Women's Crew team. She furthered her education by earning a Master's in International Relations from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in Belgium. During her time in Brussels, she engaged with senior EU representatives in implementing global governance initiatives. Her master's thesis explored the impact of gender equality in government, a topic she views as crucial for a strong, prosperous, and fair democracy.
In her free time, Haley enjoys marathon training for scenic races around the globe, biking around DC, experimenting with new vegetarian recipes, and planning her next scuba diving adventure.
