The Center for Foreign Affairs & Defense Policy (CFADP) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. As a nonpartisan research institution, CFADP is committed to the highest standards of fiscal transparency, ethical governance, and intellectual independence.

CFADP retains sole editorial and operational control over all research, publications, events, and related activities. The Center does not adopt institutional positions on policy issues; all views expressed in CFADP publications and commentary reflect those of the individual authors.
